Comment on Feburay 8th Meeting 2011 – A Fresh Start to a New Year – Interactive Discussion
The meeting was really great - opened everyone up to feel more connection with each other. It takes time to have these things gel and it's finally happening in a lovely way. Tommie, board of directors and committee members have a lot to do with it. I'm very involved with the NY State Council on Divorce Mediation and know the hard work that goes into being an active board member.

I appreciate what you all are doing and what it takes to do it.

I had a wonderful time at the TWFG First Summer Networking Social BBQ. I thought it was very nice to have an informal environment for everyone to be able to socialize and enjoy. It was especially nice to see the past meetings speakers and be able to talk with them and get to know then better. Thanks very much for having this event and I look forward to attending again next year.

I want to say “thank you” to the board for having me at the dinner last night as their guest. As always, the night was full of camaraderie, fun and an exchanging of ideas. The women and men who attend the meetings are always so helpful and I have never walked away without a new contact or new information. TWFG is a great place where women can help each other with their business endeavors. I know that personally it has been very beneficial to my business. Thanks again and I look forward to the September meeting.

I really enjoyed the summer BBQ/social. It was very relaxing, perfect for the summer. I particularly enjoyed speaking with golf pro Hugh McIvor, who recommended a great book on business relationships for me.

A few years ago, I was looking for a networking group that provided the opportunity to build business relationships but was looking for a group that was different from other networking groups. From the very first meeting that I attended, I was impressed with camaraderie and stress free networking environment. As a member, I have been able to establish business relationships as well as friendships.

Every month I look forward to attending one of TWFG’ events which covers a wide range from business and personal development, networking social and golf events.

What twfg means to me … It has been over three years since joining TWFG.

At my first meeting everyone was so welcoming and friendly. After a few months of being active in the group with board, committee members and the whole membership it is evident how TWFG is a network of women all working to promote each other. It is a common occurrence that members are referring each other and work on projects together.

Members that are active and well know to the group have benetived with referrals, worked on projects and gain business or employment. Everyone is eager to lend suggestions and advice to help each other learn and grow personally and professionally.

TWFG is a strong support system to help each other through life’s successes and challenges. This is really what TWFG is all about, and why I am proud to be a member.
